Before you sign, the figures. All of them.

Rental investment or renegotiation: we calculate the full cost, the fees and the break-even date before advising anything. If the operation is not worth it, we say so.

Request the calculation
At the agency: the calculation is done with you, not sent by email.

A renegotiation carries costs: early repayment penalties, guarantee, file fees. We put them in front of the remaining interest, line by line.

For a rental, banks only count part of the rent. We tell you which share, bank by bank, and what it changes for your next project.

We compare and negotiate; the bank decides. Nobody can honestly promise you a rate or a date before your file has been studied.

From the first meeting to the notary

1

The first meeting

Free, at the agency or by video: your project, your income, your savings, and what you could borrow.

2

The file and the mandate

We list the documents to gather, check them with you and sign the mandate that states our fees.

3

The banks

We present your file to several banks and negotiate the rate, the insurance, the fees and the flexibility clauses.

4

The offer

We compare the proposals with you, then the bank issues its offer. Ten days of reflection before accepting.

5

The notary

The funds are released at the signing. Our fees are due only then.
